When should we reach out?
Earlier than you think. Six months out is comfortable; three months is workable for smaller orders; under that, ask and we’ll be honest.
Can you match our exact wedding colors?
We get close. Glazes are mineral-based and shift in the kiln, so we aim for the family of a color, not a Pantone chip. We always send a glazed sample tile first.
Do you ship?
Yes — packed in molded paper and bubble. Local Pacific Northwest delivery available; ask about hand-delivery for larger orders.
What if a piece breaks in transit?
We over-pack and over-make. Anything that arrives broken is replaced or refunded, no debate.
